Thank you for purchasing my artwork! Below are the details of how I ship and deliver your order.
1. Processing Time
- Open-edition prints and small merchandise: Usually shipped within 1–3 business days.
- Limited-edition prints: 3–7 business days (many are printed and signed to order).
- Original oil paintings and framed works: 5–10 business days (extra time for framing and packaging).
- I assemble framed works using third-party frame provider. Delays may occur if a selected frame is out of stock, backordered, or arrives damaged or in a condition not suitable for providing you a quality product.
- If an item will take longer than expected I will contact you immediately. If the delay is related to frame availability I will work with you to find an alternative frame or vendor.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- Within the United States: USPS Priority, UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, or FedEx, depending on size and value.
- Original oil paintings and framed works are shipped via insured, signature-required services.
- International orders: USPS Priority International, FedEx International Priority, or DHL (fully insured with tracking).
3. Shipping Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Prints usually ship flat or rolled in a sturdy tube.
- Original paintings and framed pieces are carefully boxed (cost reflected in shipping quote).
4. Insurance & Signature Requirement
Every original artwork and every framed/limited-edition piece is shipped insured for the purchase price.
A signature is required upon delivery for all packages valued over $200.
5. Delivery Times (estimates only)
- Continental U.S.: 7-10 business days after shipping.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico: 10-14 business days.
- Canada: 14-21 business days.
- Europe, UK, Australia, rest of world: 15–30 business days (customs delays possible).
These are carrier estimates; I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
6. International Orders
- You (the buyer) are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees in your country.
- I declare the full value on customs forms and mark the package as “artwork – sold.” I cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue them.
7. Damage in Transit
- Prints & merchandise: Notify me within 7 days of delivery.
- Original oil paintings & framed works: Inspect immediately and notify me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the artwork and the packaging.
I will file an insurance claim and either repair, replace, or fully refund you (including all shipping costs).
8. Tracking & Updates
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the label is created. I also send courtesy photos of the packed artwork before it leaves the studio.
9. Local Pickup (South Florida)
By prior arrangement, you may pick up your purchase at my studio or an agreed location in Palm Beach County. No shipping fee applies, and Florida sales tax rules still apply.
